Dr. Ahmed Al-Saffar, a faculty member from our college, gave a lecture on “Justice and Building Strong Institutions” as part of a specialized training course organized by the Human Rights Division at the University of Karbala Presidency.
The lecture addressed the importance of justice and peace as two essential means for building strong institutions within the state. It emphasized the role of the administrative director in adopting a just approach to managing the affairs of his department to achieve stability and institutional development. It also touched on the policy of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in his management of state affairs and his exemplary principles of governance and administration.
The lecture aimed to consolidate the concepts of good management and good governance within modern work environments, contributing to the building of institutions capable of achieving sustainable development goals and confronting contemporary challenges.
